Most of the time I'm a versatile, well-balanced, experimental, healthful, and fun Aspiring Amateur Vegan Chef. Sometimes, though, I'm tired, I don't feel like cooking, and I need a little bit of comfort food, a little bit of what I refer to as "tasting like childhood."If you remember my VeganMoFo entry #2, our favorite MoFo Meme, question #9 (if you know me well, you're not at all surprised that it's #9) asked about the fave food memory from childhood. It was the kosher hot dogs, kraft mac & cheese, and chocolate milk. The Road's End Organics Shells and Chreese doesn't exactly taste like childhood, but it's definitely healthier and ohhh, does it get the job done!
